PKKO Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and PKKO ("PKKO", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the PKKO website at pkko.io and all associated services, games, and features.

By registering an account on PKKO, making a deposit, or accessing any game or feature on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the PKKO platform.

Each player may hold only one account on PKKO. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, phone number, and any other information requested during the registration process.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PKKO account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. PKKO will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact PKKO support immediately via the live chat function on the platform. PKKO will investigate and take appropriate action, which may include temporarily suspending your account while the investigation is ongoing.

• One account per person, phone number, device, and payment method.
• Account information must match the name on your registered payment method.
• PKKO may request identity verification documents at any time.
• Accounts registered with false information may be closed without notice.
• You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

PKKO accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. PKKO does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, and any deposit identified as originating from a third-party source may be reversed and the associated account suspended.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the PKKO Finance / Wallet page. These limits may be adjusted from time to time at PKKO's discretion. Deposits are typically credited to your PKKO account within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

PKKO does not charge fees on deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. PKKO is not responsible for any fees charged by bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or any other payment service provider.

Players may request withdrawals of their available balance at any time, subject to the minimum withdrawal amount displayed on the PKKO Finance / Wallet page. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, and only to an account registered in the player's own name.

PKKO processes the majority of withdrawal requests within 2 minutes of submission. In some cases, additional verification may be required before a withdrawal can be processed, which may extend the processing time. PKKO will notify you via the platform if additional information is needed.

• Withdrawals are sent only to bKash, Nagad, or Rocket accounts in your name.
• PKKO does not process withdrawals to bank accounts or third-party wallets.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to identity verification before processing.

All games available on PKKO use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine outcomes. Game results are generated independently of any player action or PKKO intervention after a round begins. PKKO does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to influence results once a round is in progress.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published on the relevant game pages on PKKO. These figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session. Gaming outcomes are inherently unpredictable, and past results do not influence future results.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, PKKO will attempt to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state. If this is not possible, the affected round may be voided and the wagered amount returned to the player's balance. PKKO's decision on technical fault resolutions is final.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on PKKO and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Registering more than one account on PKKO.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with PKKO games or systems.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, glitches, or errors in PKKO's platform or games.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using PKKO for any form of money laundering or financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent or illegal means.
• Attempting to reverse or dispute legitimate transactions through your payment provider.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing PKKO staff or other players.

PKKO is committed to promoting responsible gaming.
